Biltmore Estate
House and Gardens 2000
On Saturday May 27th we (Ditty and Margaret) spent a lovely sunny day visiting the Biltmore Estate. We met in Ashville and drove up to the House together. The entry fee of $32.00 covers almost everything once you are inside the grounds
This Estate was formally opened in 1895 on December 24th, after six years of work. It is the home of the Vanderbilt family, and it is truly magnificent.
